ZaZaCHAT for Higher Education Industry
College is a necessity for most students. Proper education breeds good jobs which lead to promising futures and comfortable incomes. Today we understand the power of technology and that a computer can do much of the job a human can. Specialization and higher education therefore, becomes vital in our tech oriented times, and a baccalaureate degree is all but assumed in a high school student’s future.
Applicants are faced with a myriad of options regarding college selection and curriculum choice. ZaZaChat knows that choice can be overwhelming and wants to simplify the selection process for the stressed student and parent.
Meet high school senior Mary and her parents Marc and Mindy Jones. Mary is an excellent student who wants to study science but is unsure of what major to declare. She has been accepted by each of the five colleges she has applied to, and now Mary must decide which to attend.
Mary logs onto the university websites and sees a Live Help button. She begins an online conversation with a university employee who answers her questions on the different science programs and their curriculums, career opportunities post graduation, student population, and dormitory and apartment selection. Mary’s parents get their questions regarding tuition and roommate selection answered as well.
With new knowledge of each school, Mary has now narrowed her sites to two schools. She and her parents no longer have to travel far from home to visit multiple colleges. They will simply visit her narrowed down options and choose the appropriate university. ZaZaChat has helped Mary and her parents maximize their time and effort by serving as a filtering mechanism in their college selection process.
