What does it do?
ZaZa LiveLook establishes an instant visual link between online Customers and Agents.
ZaZa Live Look enables an Agent to instantly access and control customer’s computer in real time.
Two versions of ZaZa LiveLook are offered to ZaZaChat PRO customers:
1. CoBrowse - Allows agents to CoBrowse customer’s computer and point on the customer’s computer screen.
2. Remote Control - Allows agents to completely control customer’s computer.
How much does it cost?
CoBrowse - $25.00/month/seat.
Remote Control - $30.00/month/seat.

How to use it?
ZaZa LiveLook desktop sharing session can be started by the agent while in active chat session with the customer.

Simply click on the "Remote Assistance" button in operator panel to send Desktop Sharing request to the customer. (see screenshot below)

Customer is presented with the warning asking him/her to accept desktop sharing invitation sent by the agent.

Upon accepting the desktop sharing invitation the agent is immediately able to access and control customer's computer.

If your version of ZaZa LiveLook is remote control choose "Keyboard/Mouse/Pointer" in the drop down list displayed on top of the screen to gain control over visitor's computer.

VERY IMPORTANT: You can not test co-browsing / remote control on the same desktop from which you are logged into the ZaZaChat Operator Panel. ZaZa LiveLook requires independent browser sessions for both the agent and the visitor.
