Live Chat Auto Invitations
 
While generating the HTML code for Live Help button in ZaZaChat Install Wizard you will also have an option to enable auto-invitations.
 
Auto-Invitations is another valuable feature of ZaZaChat Live Chat Software. It allows you to invite visitors to chat automatically.
 
i.e. You can setup ZaZaChat on your web site so that every visitor to "Prices" web page of your web site is invited to chat automatically if he/she spends on the page 30 seconds. Or if visitor is on the shopping cart page for 15 seconds invite this visitor to chat automatically which will dramatically decrease shopping cart abandonment.
 
To setup auto-invitations please follow these easy steps:
 
  1. Select Auto-Invitation check while in the last step of the ZaZaChat installation wizard. Please see screenshot below:
  2. On "Customize Invitation Window" screen found in Administration Panel ( ) enable Auto-Invitation for your account. Please see screenshot below:
 
You can specify a time delay on the same page for the auto chat invitation:
A Visitor should be on the page for  seconds before this invitation is shown
 
 
If Auto-Invitations are enabled each visitor to your web site will be invited to chat ONCE within 60 minutes period on pages where ZaZaChat HTML code supporting Auto-Invitations is installed. Auto-Invitations are automatically disabled if there are no operators online under your account.

We strongly suggest placing ZaZaChat HTML code supporting Auto-Invitations only on the most appropriate pages. i.e. Product Description Page or FAQ page, Shopping Cart page, etc.

For Auto-Invitations to work the following criteria must be met:
1.A proper ZaZaChat HTML code should be installed on your site page(s) (During ZaZaCHAT installation wizard check "Enable Auto-Invitation")
2. At Least 1 Operator under your account should be "Online".
3.Auto-Invitations must be enabled.(Select "Enabled" in the dropdown list on "Customize Invitation Window" screen and click "Save Settings")
