ZaZaChat Live Chat Software offers 40+ Live Help buttons library to choose from to match your web site's colors.
There are however cases when webmaster would want to use his/her custom live Help button graphics to completely match web site layout and feel.
Here are the steps to install custom live help buttons on your web site and link them with your ZaZaChat account:

Log in to your ZaZaChat account and go to administration panel (

Click "Install ZaZaChat / Get Button Code" link in "Live Chat Setup" section to be directed to a 3 step installation wizard.

In the second step of the installation wizard you will be offered a library of Live Help buttons to choose one set to be used on your web site. Scroll all the way down this page and you will find where to enter your custom live help buttons. See screenshot below.

Enter URL locations of your buttons. If you use ZaZaChat on secure (SSL) pages please make sure that your buttons are located under HTTPS site.

Click "Add My Button" button and your custom buttons will appear in the list on top.

Click on the custom buttons added in the previous step to be given an HTML code to install on your site.
