ZaZaChat Installation takes less than 1 minute for an experienced webmaster. ZaZaChat specialist can help ZaZaChat PRO users install ZaZaChat Live Chat feature professionaly on their web sites free of charge.
General Installation Steps
1. Register for an account at
https://www.zazachat.com/newaccount (make sure to provide a valid email address during the registration because a verification code required to complete your account activation will be sent to the email address provided by you during registration)
2. Log in to your ZaZaChat account and go to administration panel (

3. Click "Install ZaZaChat / Get Button Code" link in "Live Chat Setup" section to be directed to a 3 step installation wizard.
Wizard's first step: Choose installation type - For Websites, For Online Auctions, For Email Signatures or non JavaScript version.
We recommend always using "For Websites" installation as this type of live chat installation will give you all of ZaZaChat features including Auto-Invitations, Proactive Invitations and other powerful features which are not available in Online Auction, Email Signatures and Non JavaScript ZaZaChat installations.
Wizard's second step: Choose a Live Help button which appeals to you the most and matches your site design.

Wizard's third step: Copy generated HTML code and paste it in your site pages. (please see
this article outlining some basic HTML code installation information)
4. That's it. Log in to your ZaZaChat account and navigate to the page of your web site where ZaZaChat Live Chat is installed in a new browser window and click Live Help Button to test your installation by simulating Live Help session with yourself.
5.
Download and install ZaZaAlerter (Operator Notification System) a windows based program incorporating advanced notification system and ZaZaChat Help Desk Operator panel.
