To be able to track your visitors on a flash based website you will need to first install an invisible button anywhere on the page between <body> tags, above or below your Flash content:

Switch to Admin Panel

Click on "Install ZaZaChat / Get Button Code" link

Choose "For Websites" option

Scroll all the way down and click on "Invisible Button" option to get the code
You would need to then add a "Live Chat" link or a button in your flash content which should open a 400x400 browser window without address bar and toolbar.
To do that please use the following code in your Flash content:
