Please follow these steps to install ZaZaChat Live Chat extension for Joomla:

1. Login to your site's Joomla administration
2. In the menu choose "Extensions"->"Install/Uninstall"
   
   
3. On the module installation screen you can either browse for the extension and install it from a file located on your computer or install from a URL. If you'd like to download the extension to your computer please download Joomla live chat extension by ZaZaChat and save it to your computer. If you choose to install from URL here is the URL you need to specify: http://www.zazachat.com/kb/resources/1/CMS/joomla/zazachat.zip
   
   
4. Click on "Install" button to install the extension.
5. You will receive a message "Install Module Success".
6. In the menu select "Extensions"->"Module manager" and select "ZaZaChat Live Chat" module.
   
   On the "ZaZaChat Live Chat" module administration page you will need to enable the module, specify the placement on your website, provide your ZaZaChat account # and Live Chat Button # and click "Apply" button.

9. Please do not forget to install live chat operator console to use with your ZaZaChat account.
