Secure Live Chat Communications
 
ZaZaChat Live Chat Software can be used over an HTTPS (SSL) layer to secure all of the live chat communications.
 
While generating Live Help button code for your web site select "For HTTPS" option in the second step of the installation wizard on the page where you select live help buttons for your website. Please see screenshot below:
 
 
 
When HTTPS option is used while installing ZaZaChat in your site pages all chat communications are secured with 128 bit encryption.
You should also use HTTPS option when installing ZaZaChat on secure pages of your web site.
