What is visitor tagging?
Visitor tags enable operators to tag visitors.
Five customizable tags are available. For example you can customize tags as 'Red' - Prospect, 'Yellow' - Customer, 'Blue' - Frequent Visitor, etc
Your operators can then assign tags to your visitors from the
main operator panel. Next time the visitor visits your website he/she will be tagged in the main visitors grid and in the visitor's info frame. This valuable feature will make operators more efficient and proactive as if the returning visitor is tagged as 'Prospect' for example - he/she should be invited to chat to see if the prospect is ready to become a customer.
Main Visitors grid - Visitor tags are Yellow, Blue and Red flags next to visitor's IP Address
"Visitor's Info" frame - Visitor tag is displayed on the top of the page
