Canned images are predetermined image responses to common questions.
They are triggered by a single keystroke in ZaZaChat Operator Panel.
Canned image responses to frequently asked questions are quick and convenient for both the customer and the operator. i.e. Quickly sending an image of a product while in chat.
Each operator under an account can have his/her own set of canned image responses.
To set up canned responses click on "Edit Canned Images" link in Administration Panel.
Canned image responses are available to an operator in Operator Panel during an active chat session.
