Canned responses are predetermined responses to common questions.
They are triggered by a single keystroke in ZaZaChat Operator Panel.
Canned responses to frequently asked questions are quick and convenient for both the customer and the operator.
Each operator under an account can have his/her own set of canned responses.
To set up canned responses click on "Edit Canned Responses" link in Administration Panel.
Canned responses are available to an operator in Operator Panel during an active chat session.
