Canned URLs are predetermined URL/Link responses to common questions.
They are triggered by a single keystroke in ZaZaChat Operator Panel.
Canned URL/Link responses to frequently asked questions are quick and convenient for both the customer and the operator. i.e. Quickly sending a link to a page/product while in chat.
Each operator under an account can have his/her own set of canned URL/Link responses.
To set up canned responses click on "Edit Canned URLs" link in Administration Panel.
Canned URL responses are available to an operator in Operator Panel during an active chat session.
