Visitor Tags are used to tag visitors and identify them upon return to the website.

 

There are 5 tags available to operators: Red, Yellow, Green, Blue and Black. Each tag has a label that you can customize.

i.e. Red - Important Prospect, Yellow - Prospect, Green - Customer, Blue - Frequent Visitor, Black - Unwelcome Visitor.
