Help Desk Software - ZaZaChat: Callback Request
 
ZaZaChat Callback Request is a great feature to have especially if you can’t have a live operator 24/7.  This feature allows the visitors to your site to request a callback when there are no operators available.  Your live help button transforms to a call back button when your operators are offline.  When one of the visitors to your site requests a call back not only can you see the request immediately in your operator’s panel but you can setup an option to notify you by email or by a mobile text message (SMS).  In the operators panel you will see the location details of every callback requested submitted by a visitor which includes Country, State/Province, City, Zip Code and Area Code plus the information that was provided by the visitor.
