ZaZaCHAT is being installed on many websites around the world; many industries find the need for Live Help Support on their websites. Pennsylvania Center for Advanced Dentistry, with dental practices in Bucks County, PA tried ZaZaCHAT on their website PennsylvaniaCenterForAdvancedDentistry.com and the results were incredible.
"I am an experimentalist," says James Rhode, an executive director," and when I learned about ZaZaCHAT I thought that it's something that we can definitely try on our website to give our patients another way to contact us in case of an emergency or to schedule an appointment. We also thought that implementing the Live Chat Software would be a good way to answer questions for prospective patients browsing our website.
The implementation of ZaZaCHAT on our website resulted in a 15% increase in monthly production and an average of 3-6 new patients each month generated from the website alone!
Probably the best feature that I like in ZaZaCHAT aside from Live Chat is the Request a Call tool. By utilizing Request a Call we are still in contact with the visitors to our website even after the practice is closed.
